Gina Carroll Howard

Gina Carroll Howard has extensive writing and editing credits, including editing the magazines of two universities and a not-for-profit association. Currently, she serves as director of communications and public relations for the Charlotte Regional Partnership, where she ghostwrites articles, speeches, op-eds and other communications pieces. For more than 20 years, Gina has promoted international corporations, not-for-profits and universities in both Carolinas, including as director of public relations for UNC-Charlotte.
Gina earned her B.A. from Duke University and her M.A. and a post-baccalaureate certification in global studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She’s a Leadership Charlotte Class XXVII graduate and is actively involved in the community. She has served on the Classroom Central marketing committee, on the Diversity Council of the Carolinas board and as a CMS mentor and tutor.
